 At TEAPOC (Technology Education and Awareness for People of Color), our mission is to bridge the gap between representation and empowerment in the field of technology. We are committed to creating a more inclusive and equitable future by providing travel grants to future technical leaders of minority communities, enabling them to participate in crucial business and technology meetings, conferences, and events.

 We firmly believe that access to opportunities is the foundation for driving change. Many talented leaders from underrepresented backgrounds lack the resources to attend essential gatherings that could significantly impact their careers and communities. Through our travel grants, TEAPOC aims to break down financial barriers and ensure that these talented individuals have the chance to engage, learn, and network on a global scale by attending science and engineering conferences.

 TEAPOC recognizes that diversity is not just a goal but a driving force behind innovation and progress. By supporting undergraduate STEM students in accessing technology events, we contribute to the creation of a diverse and inclusive ecosystem where unique perspectives and ideas thrive.
