Maria Reyes attended the Ira A. Fulton School of Engineering at Arizona State University, where she completed both a Bachelor's and Master's in Civil Engineering. She then proceeded to obtain a Master of Public Administration at Harvard Kennedy School. Maria has over 28 years of experience in higher education ranging from student and academic affairs, to institutional development and adjunct faculty member. She also is the Director for the
Hermanas: Diseña Tu Futuro conferences for middle and high school students aiming to increase the number of Latinas in engineering. Currently, she works for Google as a Global Workforce Innovation & Development Manager in Google Cloud.
Roger Garcia received his undergraduate degree in Materials Science from The University of Michigan. Upon completion, he received a national fellowship to attend Arizona State University and received a doctorate in semiconductor materials. He has worked at Intel, Motorola, Sun, Oracle, and Google. At Google he built a unique data center facing quality team to manage the hardware quality for Google's entire fleet. As part of his social responsibility Roger serves on the board of directors of Sacred Heart Nativity School and Our Lady of Grace. He has also been active and has held several leadership positions in the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers.
Bobby Pitts graduated from John Hopkins University in 1987 with a Bachelor's of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In 1993 Bobby completed his doctorate program in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Cornell University. He has over 30 years of experience with technological companies, such as Motorola, Intel, and his current employer, Google, where he holds the position of Senior Technical Program Manager.
